Real Estate Closing Attorney for residential purchase


Once you have an executed contract, the attorney review period begins to run. It is important that you contact an attorney as soon as possible, as the standard attorney review period typically expires in five business days. During the attorney review period, Attorney Andrius Spokas will diligently review your purchase contract, statutory disclosures, and inspection reports. Mr. Spokas will then request certain terms of the contract to be modified in order to more adequately protect your interest and will negotiate credits or repair and replacement demands in your favor.



After the expiration of the attorney review period, Mr. Spokas will communicate with your lender to ensure that all deadlines are met and the transaction stays on track. The closing will be scheduled with the title company after your lender issues a final approval of your loan. At closing, Attorney Andrius Spokas will review and explain the contents of the title commitment, plat of survey, closing statement, and other lender documents.
